Returns & Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an Urban Trend product, return it for replacement or refund within thirty (30) days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Please contact UT Brands’ customer service department by email (customerservice@ut-brands.com), and we will be happy to assist you.  Refunds are available when the original invoice accompanies the return of items with their original packaging and in a new, unused, condition and include a copy of your original invoice. Shipping and handling fees are not refunded.

  1. Email returns@ut-brands.com with regards to your return.
  2. You will receive an email to confirm your Return request has been received. Requests will be reviewed within 2 workings days.
  3. Our Customer Service team will then be in touch via email to provide the returns information.
  4. Package the item being returned securely. The product needs to be in its original packaging and in the condition in which it was received.
  5. We do not accept liability for any items returned to us without permission which are lost or damaged in transit, so please ensure that products are adequately packaged and returned to us via a tracked service (if we do not supply a pre-paid label).
  6. Once received, all refunds should be processed within 7-10 days of the item being received at our warehouse. If you have not received your refund in this time, please contact us with the          tracking information for the return so we can investigate fully.
  7. When returning merchandise purchased from UT Brands, shipping costs paid on the order are not refunded.

Damaged Products:

If your product appears to have been damaged in transit, please contact customer service with full details.  To ensure that the matter is resolved without delay, we’d ask that you send a picture of the damage to customerservice@ut-brands.com along with your order number.
